Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading

The ILM Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading programme  comprehensively covers the full range of responsibilities of the team/group leader or member and it can be tailored to meet specific needs.

The full Certificate consists of:

  • Induction
  • Four 15-hour modules
  • Tutorial support.

Available as either an Integrated Certificate (with the modules delivered and certificated together) or delivered, assessed (and certificated) separately, as the Modular ILM Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading. The modular route reinforces TCLuk Training's commitment to short sharp flexible learning to ensure an exact fit with individual candidate needs and workplace requirements.

Each module comprises five 3-hour segments, of which three are core and two are chosen from between three and five optional segments. This enhances the flexibility for you to match the programme content to your identified training needs.

The whole programme will take a minimum of 65 hours, plus time for assessment, to provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to perform effectively in the high pressure world of the 21st century.

Timescale

The ILM Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading will typically take from 10 weeks up to a year, though this can be extended to a maximum of two years where necessary.

Timescales are flexible according to your personal and professional needs.

Where do the qualifications lead?

The main purpose of the course is to improve your performance which for some participants is an end in itself, but it can also be a stepping stone to future personal development and qualifications. including ILM's Level 3 first line management programmes.

The cost for the full level 2 is £750 per student for a minimum group of six, offered in-house anywhere in the East Midlands. The cost for fewer students, off-site training or modular courses is negotiable. We have trainers based outside the East Midlands; contact us for further information.
