Level 2 Introductory Certificate in Team Leading

This is a short flexible programme for all team workers, especially those with team leading or co-ordinating responsibilities.

Over a minimum of 22 hours participants cover:

  • The Team Leader's Role
  • A choice of 5 further segments to meet the specific needs of the participant

Features

  • The Introductory Certificate is flexible, making it highly adaptable without sacrificing the quality of the full Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading.
  • People with little or no formal training can benefit particularly as it provides an ideal starting point to future development.
  • It represents excellent preparation for the ILM Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading and can be a way back into formal learning.

Timescale

One of the advantages of using TCLuk Training is that we make the timescale flexible to allow everyone to build learning into their working and personal arrangements.

The ILM Level 2 Introductory Certificate in Team Leading can be completed in as little as three days up to one year.

Cost

The cost for the introductory level 2 is £400 per student for a minimum group of six, offered in-house anywhere in the East Midlands. The cost for fewer students, off-site training or modular courses is negotiable. We have trainers based outside the East Midlands; contact us for further information.

Where do the qualifications lead?

The main purpose of the course is to improve performance, which may be an end in itself, but it can also be a stepping stone to further personal development and qualifications.

The ILM Level 2 Introductory Certificate in Team Leading can provide credit towards the full ILM Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading, and both may be designed to provide specific knowledge and skills for people working towards the Level 2 S/NVQ in Team Leading.

It can also lead to the ILM Level 3 Introductory Certificate in First Line Management.
